SomaFlow is operated by Silent Directive LLC. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

• Your quiz answers. What you type and choose, so we can generate your 28-day plan.
• Your email address, so we can send your private access link and billing notices.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent at signup. Card networks require this evidence to be attached to a subscription charge, and it is how we defend you and us against fraudulent disputes.
• Basic usage data stored in your browser’s local storage to keep your place in the quiz and your access link.

We do not receive or store your card number. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

• Stripe — payments, billing portal, and the subscription record.
• Google (Gemini) — your quiz answers are sent to Google’s AI model to write your 28-day plan. Do not enter information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.
• Vercel — hosting and server logs.
• Our email provider — delivery of your access link and pre-charge notices.
• Meta and TikTok advertising pixels — these load on our pages and record page views and checkout events for advertising measurement. Browser-level tracking controls and ad-blockers stop them.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your plan is active and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting and dispute rules require. Quiz answers are kept so your member area can keep showing your 28-day plan.

Your choices

Email support@silentdirectivellc.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will action it. Deleting your data cancels your plan, because the 28-day plan cannot be produced without it. You can cancel at any time from your account page.

Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
